The Yaris has excellent fuel economy (29/36 city/highway) and a comprehensive package of standard safety features, which are a part of the Toyota Star Safety System.

Standard safety features include front-seat side-impact air bags and side curtain airbags. Other options include cruise control, remote keyless entry, and CD player with auxiliary jack.
