Lowest True Cost to Own Hondas
Griffith Honda in The Dalles is offering all five recent picks from the Edmunds.com True Cost to Own awards.
The Honda Fit, Accord, Ridgeline, CR-V, and Insight were all named winners of the 2010 True Cost to Own® (TCO) awards. The CR-V had also previously been recognized by Edmunds.com for low cost of ownership.
The 2010 Honda Accord was named the best “coupe $25K-$35K,” while the 2010 Honda Fit snagged an award in the “sedan $15K-$25K” category. In the SUV category, the 2010 Honda CR-V was named best “SUV under $25,000, while The 2010 Honda Ridgeline won the large truck award. The 2010 Honda Insight earned top honors for the best hybrid.
The Edmunds.com TCO pricing system estimates total vehicle ownership costs over a five-year period. The calculation incorporates projected average depreciation, financing, taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fuel costs, regional variances, maintenance and repairs for each model.
